I have been looking forward to writing this review all morning simply because I’m so thrilled with my experience with the entire group at PRP. I needed a wallpaper project completed, and for reference, had already had half the project done by another company that did just okay. This gives me the chance to do a side-by-side comparison of the work.

Getting the quote: a fair, clear, transparent quote was quickly provided to me after sending a request in Yelp.

Scheduling my job: Joan is an all-star. She handles the invoices and scheduling. She got all of my questions answered, was flexible with me on timing, helped me understand what to order, and sought answers for me about some challenges with the previously completed by another company wall. Her communication was quick, detailed, and kind. I can’t stress how important basic kindness is and was the reason I went with PRP. Another company quoted me lower after I’d already started talking to Joan and I didn’t pursue it because I was so impressed with her level of care.

Fitting me in: I travel for work and was seeking a job to be done quickly. They had the job scheduled to be done within a week despite having pre-scheduled jobs. They managed to fit my project in and were flexible even when I couldn’t be.

Professionalism and skill: I was immediately at ease meeting the two people who were working on the wall. As a female, it can be a bit uncomfortable to invite contractors into your home when you’re alone, but they were warm, professional, respectful, and had no concerns. Dalto talked through the work with me quickly, understood my vision with no problems or questions, and got right to work. The speed and skill can’t be beat. It was done so fast and so perfectly that I was blown away. Small details that were missed by the last company were all taken care of without my asking by this team. They answered a few questions I had about my project overall and were friendly.

Ownership: James came by afterward to check the quality. He was wonderful. He was easy to communicate with and I had had such a good experience I have already pitched them additional business to do other work at the house. I have a vision for a project that is hard to articulate, and James got it immediately and I can’t wait to keep working with them.

I can’t say enough good things about this group. I’m thrilled. Home projects can be stressful, but this group will put you at ease and deliver exceptional work. I will add photos once the room is completed.
